Miss Brasil Universitária 2008 - Marina Marques

A MISS BRASIL UNIVERSITÁRIA 2008 é a morena Marina Marques, mineira de Nova Lima, 19 anos de idade, Estudante de Direito. Marina viaja em outubro para Seul, Coréia do Sul, onde vai tentar obter, em nome do Brasil, o título de MISS MUNDO UNIVERSITÁRIA 2008.

Lorraine Downes, Miss Universe 1983

Lorraine Elizabeth Downes (born June 12, 1964 in Auckland, New Zealand), is a former beauty queen and model who held the Miss Universe title in 1983

In 1985 Lorraine Downes married Murray Mexted, a New Zealand rugby All Black, with whom she had two children, before divorcing in 1997.

She also has a successful business in New Zealand. She is currently in a relationship with former New Zealand international cricketer Martin Crowe.

Martha Vasconcellos, Miss Universe 1968

Vasconcellos allegedly had a boyfriend since she was twelve when she represented Brazil at the 1968 Miss Universe pageant in Miami Beach, Florida

The morning after her win, she called her family and boyfriend in Brazil, expressing feelings of being homesick. Vasconcellos lived in New York, New York for the next year, as required by the Miss Universe organization, then returned to Brazil in 1969 and married the day after.

They separated 18 years later.

Cecilia Bolocco & Carlos Menem Argentine ex-president

On May 26, 2001 Bolocco married former Argentine ex-president Carlos Menem in La Rioja, Argentina, whom she met while interviewing him at the Casa Rosada presidential house in Argentina.
They separated in April, 2007.

Bolocco was selected Miss Chile for Miss Universe on April 20, 1987. On May 26, 1987 she beat 67 contestants to become the first Chilean to win the Miss Universe beauty pageant.
